Khlo Kardashian Revealed She Tested Positive for Coronavirus Earlier This Year on ‘KUWTK’

  • Khloé Kardashian tested positive for coronavirus earlier this year and shared her experience with it on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
  • Khloé still went to celebrate Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday in Tahiti last week, despite a non-essential travel ban.

Khloé Kardashian is now one of the many celebrities who were unfortunate enough to get sick during the pandemic this year. In a promo from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé revealed that she contracted coronavirus, and explained what her symptoms were like when she was diagnosed with the virus earlier this year.

In a self-recorded video, Khloé said, “Just found out that I do have corona…I have been in my room. It’s gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple days.” Khloé shared that she suffered from vomiting, shaking, hot and cold flashes, and terrible headaches in addition to her normal migraines.

“I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache,” she explained. “I wouldn’t say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I would cough.” At the time, Khloé explained that she had a sore throat that was taking a long to heal as well. “Let me tell you, that shit is real,” she added. “But, we’re all gonna get through this.”

Despite contracting coronavirus, Khloé still participated in Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday celebration. As a reminder, the non-essential travel ban is still in place in California. “You can travel for urgent matters or if such travel is essential to your permitted work,” the state wrote on its COVID site. “Even though businesses around the state are opening up, avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus.”

Instead, Khloé violated the travel restriction and ignored the steadily rising number of coronavirus cases across the United States to spend time with Kim’s friends and family in Tahiti where no masks were worn and no social distancing was in place.

Kim justified the move and later wrote, “After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.”
