For instance, I received a decent overview of Functional JavaScript but was instructed to complete a project in Node Express without any training in Node Express from Udacity. The support from Udacity was unsatisfactory. Customer service initially promised to add a free month to my subscription due to poor service from the mentor team. However, this was not enough to compensate for the lack of responses from mentors. The situation became increasingly frustrating when I received responses from other students while my own questions remained unanswered.
