Navigating the CBSE Board Exam: A Heartwarming Journey to 10th Class Success

Chapter 1: The Unexpected Mid-July Surprise

JULY 15, 2020 – A day etched in my memory. It was supposed to be a routine day, but fate had other plans for me. I was engrossed in an online JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) class, not paying much attention to my surroundings. Suddenly, my sister’s voice blurted out: “Tera admit card kaha hai?” (Where is your admit card?)

I froze. My heart pounded with fear and curiosity. Had something happened to my admit card? I dialed her back and she, still holding the phone, inquired, “Bata na kaha hai!!” (Tell me where it is!!) I was speechless. I had no idea where it was. Panic set in as I tried to find the admit card on my laptop.

Back and forth I went between the terrace and my room, trying to resolve the mystery. Fifteen minutes, thirty minutes... nothing. My phone buzzed with more calls, each more urgent than the last. I dialed my best friend and said, “Kitne bane” (How many marks did you get?). He replied sadly, “93 in science, very good marks throughout the school.”

Desperation and anxiety crept into my thoughts as I realized the potential disaster before me. 'Why wasn’t my result showing up?'

Chapter 2: The Race Against Time

My heart sank as I remembered the last time I had navigated the CBSE board website. It had been a disaster. I decided to try the TEXT MESSAGE option. After a anxious wait, the message finally arrived, revealing my result: 96/100. I was happy with my result, but deeply angry about the unexpected mark deductions. Why couldn’t the examiner be stricter?

Meanwhile, around me, my family was in tears. My mother and sister cried, "Itna Kab padha tune?" (You studied so much, and still...). I looked at the numbers in front of me and started laughing with relief.

Chapter 3: Life After the Results

With a 96/100, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of achievement. However, the journey to this point was far from smooth.

The online CBSE board exam experience in 2020 was a unique one. The uncertainty and anxiety coupled with technical issues tested the resolve of any student. From forgotten admit cards to website crashes, every hurdle added to the stress.

But, every struggle shapes our journey. The support of friends and family, the dedication to studies, and the faith in oneself—these are the pillars of success.

Conclusion

My experience with the 2020 CBSE 10th board exam is a reminder of the resilience and determination required to achieve success. It is also a testament to the importance of preparation and dealing with unexpected challenges head-on.

So, why did I get 96/100 in my 10th CBSE board exam for 2020? Because hard work, resilience, and a bit of luck all come together. And that makes my story truly memorable.
