I felt the pressure and started screwing around while taking an overload of credits. My degree program was music education, which is already difficult to complete in four years. There were all the music classes and all the education classes to shove into three and a half years, plus internships and maybe a job and a little of a social life. It's HARD. And I started feeling that my second semester in, I ditched a class for the first time in my life and I LOVED IT! It became a habit and I failed a couple of classes. I did get back on track after seeing those F's.

In that time, I had gotten married, had a kid, had a freak accident, and got pregnant again, and still graduated.
Would I do a couple of things differently if given the chance? You bet! But do I regret having a life in college? No way. I learned through my mistakes about time management and making priorities.
