Repeatedly going through your course material is crucial to reinforce your knowledge. Regular revision helps in building a strong base that is essential for tackling more complex topics. As the famous saying goes, 'Mastery is the result of repetition.'

The Power of Tests: Key to Improvement

Tests are your best friends when it comes to improving your understanding and performance. Attempt both chapter-wise and full-syllabus tests. These assessments are designed to simulate exam conditions, helping you identify areas where you need more work. Don’t get discouraged by initial scores; the important part is to analyze your mistakes and work on them. Continuous practice is the key to effective learning.

Achieving Excellence in Accountancy

Accountancy requires a thorough understanding of concepts. I scored 100 in this subject by following both DK Goel and TS Grewal thoroughly. While NCERT is a great starting point, I recommend reading it once before exams to familiarize yourself with the NCERT style. Practice multiple-choice questions and fill-in-the-blanks exercises, as objective-type questions are becoming increasingly important. Don’t just memorize; try to understand the logic behind solving partnership and cash flow statement questions. Memorize key ratios formulas to enhance your speed and efficiency. The shares chapter was initially difficult, but once you learn the premium and forfeiture concepts, the companies accounts book will be a piece of cake.

Mastering Mathematics

Mathematics is one of my favorite subjects. Start your preparation with NCERT, solving all exercises and examples. Then, move on to the NCERT Exemplar book and solve previous five years' question papers. This comprehensive approach ensures that you cover all the essential topics with adequate practice. Learning integration formulas and deriving theorems by heart is crucial since they have high weightage. Even though I lost one mark, mathematics remains my favorite, as proper practice guarantees success.

Achieving High Marks in Economics

Economics can be challenging, but with the right study plan, you can excel. I followed Sandeep Garg for both macro and IED. The language is simple, making it easier to grasp complex topics. Diagrams and visual aids are essential tools for understanding chapters like foreign exchange and aggregate demand. For IED, focus on learning the approach and data interpretation rather than just memorizing facts. NCERT is a must-read; I recommend going through it twice before exams to ensure nuanced understanding. Do not cram data; use the data provided in the question paper to solve problems effectively.

Securing a High Score in Business Studies

Business Studies is a more straightforward subject, and following NCERT is sufficient. For additional practice, follow Subhash Dey for case studies, as it contains over 2000 case studies. Employ memory aids like S-M-Y-C-A-T to remember steps of controlling:
